How Tardiscleaner met Master

I think it`s about time, to tell the story how Master and little me met!
It was in Vienna, Austria, I was working at the Belvedere. That is a very fine palace overlooking the city, build for one famous commander under the reign of Maria Theresia. That were times, weren`t they, when you command an army and got a huge palace and a very huge park as a thankyou!
Anyway my duty was to clean the alley of sphinxes, which runs down the park. Each one of the ladies had a different face! It is said that the maker used Austrian belles. I think it`s true, because all ladies had round faces and walking through the town one can see many women with this same Vienna beautiful charm.
I was just cleaning a paw of one of the ladies, brushing away the green moss with a toothbrush. After all a lady had to have clean nails and paws, especial if she is living in such a nice place.
I was deep in cleaning as I suddenly heard a little cough. I looked up, to see a man standing right before me. I didn`t hear him come, although the walking ground is made from pebbles. He must have come as silent as a cat.
He wore a dress coat and looked at me with a very extraordinary smile, some I never, ever had seen before. It was a mixture of the smile of a shark and the smile of the Cheshire cat.
“Yes?” I stopped cleaning and stood up, toothbrush in hand.
He stroked through his white blond hair with his hand. “I am observing you for some while now. Seems you love what you are doing. Making pedicure to the ladies!”
I scratched my head. “Well, as it seems, yes, indeed!” “Nice, nice”, he laughed.
“Someone had to do it” I declared with pride. “And I am the best to do it!”
“So you are a cleaner?” I nodded. “Yes, Sir, that`s what I like to do. As child I used to clean the roofing tiles at my grandparents house with such a brush, I am using now!”
He raised his hand and touched his chin. He was the strangest  man I had ever seen in my life, there was a very whimsical charisma around him.
“Do you like to travel?” I twitched my shoulders. “Sometimes, yes, I go the way the wind blows me like a bursting bubble.” “Hope you don`t burst like one, it would be nasty!” He grinned again.
“Good Sir”, I put my hand around the shoulder of the sphinx. “Take a look, there a lots of this ladies, who are eagerly awaiting my cleaning arts!” “Well”, he gave me a strange look and said with a somber voice: “You will obey me!” I crossed my arms. “I think not.”
He jerked. “You WILL OBEYE ME!” I raised the toothbrush and pointed it at him. “Try to hypnotize this brush, good sir!” His eyes turned dark for a moment. Then he began to laugh hearty. “That`s is very unusual, I must say. My name is not in vain the Master!”
“The Master? What a clever name. Sounds good!” He bowed. “Thanks, I chose it because I like one day to rule the whole of universe.” “Woa”, I looked at him round-eyed. “That is a very big thing to do!” “Bigger then you know”, he admitted.
“Well, I think it is useless to ask you, how you will do that!” He flicked his fingers.
“Do you like to come with me, travel with me across the universe?” “Hm”, I looked at him. “I think, yes! But what use you would have for a cleaner, I don`t think my humble skills would help you with your desire.” “I need a cleaner for my travelling ship, my Tardis!”
“Tardis? Sounds nice, okay, I think I come with you!”
“Anything you need to get before we leave?” I shook my head. “Nothing, I always travelling light!”
